We had a great week at the Orange Conference!
As I write this, I’m at the Atlanta Airport. The enthusiasm about this conference didn’t end at the last session yesterday…we’ve seen several new “friends” here at the airport, catching flights to their respective destinations. Everyone seems eager to get home and try to implement the ideas learned and shared this week!
This week, I’ll be writing several “Orange Slices” posts to let you in on what we learned and who we met. In the meantime, please have a look at the Orange website and think about ways that churches and families can work together…I’m excited to share my thoughts and hear yours, too. I’m also looking forward to “introducing” you to some great leaders and volunteers who have enriched my thinking.
But most of all, I’m excited to see THESE people:
There’s no place like home.
The rest of the team is looking forward to having you home. We’ll be rocking in May and June!
Katie, I LOVE your priorities…family is always first! Look forward to your “slices.”
Thanks, Mike…hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
