I had a great time chatting with Mike Woods from Making Room yesterday on his BlogTalk Radio show.

We all know that proactive planning is essential to good teaching. We also know that when it comes to working with kids, unexpected–and sometimes, challenging–situations can arise. (because they’re KIDS!) Mike and I discussed some common, challenging scenarios and brainstormed lots of solutions.
